- Studio with independent entrance consisting of a twin bedroom (or a double bed), a kitchenette and a bathroom with toilets. Suitable for guests or staff.
- Main living room/library with two fireplaces opening onto the garden.
- Living room with another large fireplace.
Upper level :
- Large en-suite master bedroom (80 sqm) opening onto a covered balcony offering a lovely southwest view to the sea. There is a long walk-in closet, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower room and independent toilets.
- Two double en-suite guest bedrooms with mezzanine. Both have a shower room.
- Two double guest bedrooms with shower room/ bathroom.
Basement level :
- Spacious air-conditioned cinema
- Fitness room with sauna and hammam.
- Wine cellar
- Laundry room with 3 large dryers, 3 large washing machines and a steam press. A laundry chute from the upper floors drops the linens to be cleaned into the laundry room.
The maximum number of guests allowed is: 12 guests in the main villa (on demand: + 2 guests in the guest house / pool house)
The pool house is located behind the pool area and is composed of a double bedroom, bathroom with WC and a kitchenette.
There is a large covered terrace overlooking the garden and the heated swimming pool (with automatic cover). The landscaped French garden has a large variety of trees, flowers and Provencal plants. There is a hand crafted garden-size wooden chess set and a tennis court (synthetic grass + sand). Close to the kitchen and pool is a barbeque corner.
There are 2 separate gated entrances, a covered parking for 4 cars and extra space.
Additional services: High tech security system with motion sensors and infrared cameras (The property is equipped with an alarm and video-surveillance system directly linked to a security company), Bowers & Wilkins and Bose I-pod stations, reversible a/c, floor heating system, Wi-Fi internet, intercoms, satellite ( sky TV).The villa as well as the poolhouse are both non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outside.
